FEILD QUALITY SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible to respond quickly to customer needs and give feedback to the customer with co operation of CQM.
• Responsible to appear at customer site to collect non-conformity information.
• Responsible to accurately and precisely pass the external situation to internal CQM teams.
• Support plants, regions and KAQM teams to collect information from the field.
• Responsible to provide initial risk assessment to team based on on-site checks.
• Responsible to establish the on-site RMA confirming with data analysis by weekly/ monthly.

Your Profile: 

• Technical Education-Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology with minimum 3 years experience as a quality Engineer
• Experience in SMT, FCT, FATP, Sorting processes.
• Strong analytical and negotitaion skills.
• Ability to represent company to customers.
• Profieciency in verbal and written english communication.
• Flexible in terms of travelling.
