BU Quality Management Digital Integration Sr Spec

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate to develop and implement centralized quality control system, and use a centralized team to manage it to replace part of tasks that need to be handled independently by each plant and department.
• Guide and monitor the implementation of PCS control in daily operations at each site to maintain high-quality standards by providing ongoing support and training.
• Standardize and maintain the PCS management framework for new and existing sites to ensure uniformity and compliance by developing comprehensive guidelines and documentation.
• Maintain and update the BU ME SPC Instruction Document to reflect current practices and standards to ensure accuracy and relevance by regularly reviewing and revising the document.
• Lead quality analytic tool development and maintain for all ME plants.
• Interface of customer requirement on quality control system, standardize customer requirement and coordinate for improvement.
• Train and develop new employees on PCS systems and procedures to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce by conducting regular training sessions and assessments.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years background in PCB or electronic industry, with substrate industry experience being advantageous.
• Fluent written and oral English.
• Familiarity with basic AI architecture and development processes, the better with experience in industrial AI application.
• Ability to analyst complex data structures and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in working with intercultural teams.
• Effective project management skills to lead and coordinate cross-site/cross-function projects.
• Experience in manufacturing excellence system development.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP.
• Understanding of metrology tools and PCS management.
• Familiarity with basic programming languages like C#, SQL.
• Competence in using office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
