Cost accountant


Your Responsibilities:

- Quarterly LRP update:
1. Investment budget analysis by comparing to previous versions;
2. I-Budget/CAEPX projection based on updated LRP;
1. PPT for monthly reporting to Group to show Budget/CAPEX/Addition/Saving status
2. Weekly reporting to BU BOM to see if there's special case need to highlight
3. Month analysis the Addition & CAPEX gap between Act and Forecast & Budget
-Investment budget control: 
1. Quarterly apply for Budget release with detail supporting; 
2. Monitor released budget status and see if there's any schedule pull in which may lead to apply for urgent budget relase; 
3. Coordinate with project leader to define what kind of investment should be covered by Project
-Coordinate Process & Standard rule: 
1. Coordinate the LRP update process between project team to make sure the investment result can be efficiently delivered  
2. Strictly implement IR description rule, coordinate with Project leader & GPO & Engineer & Maintenance & IE&E for the description defining of each investment
3. Coordinate the reporting requirement from Management with project team
1. Budget & Forecast: Quarterly provide the I-Budget/CAPEX/ Addition/Depreciation of project to Assets team to do overall Assets planning
2. 12M: Monthly provide the CAPEX of project to Cash team to do cash flow planning

Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Project management skills
- Possess rich cost management and financial analysis ability. 
- Ability to work well in team environment, flexibility. 
- Good communication skill. 

- Fluent in English, both written and speaking.
- Computer skills: MS Office, EXCEL.
- Familiar with SAP/ BW/ BPC
