FM Integration Engineer


Your Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop FM system, station monitors and FA fingerprint database,
  2. Develop and drive FM YIP roadmap with FM area leads,
  3. Manage and utilize the resources in area from Eng/Prod/Maintenance/Quality/Facility for FM improvement,
  4. FM system setup and new FM control tool such as XRF guy and FM scanning tool evaluation for better FM control,
  5. FM related data with ORP linked to QIS to monitor and react the abnormal FM condition in production shop floor,
  6. Drive and coordinate all FM improvement activities from each area,
  7. Provide the FM analysis to identify the key area and priorities,
  8. Improve the FM awareness of shop floor people,
  9. Daily line walk/Attend plant level2 weekly audit to find FM which impact production,
  10. Make FM control plan for Clean room construction/new line set up/machine move in/move out etc. , monitor the whole process , highlight if there is any FM risk impact prodcution , set up work group if need,
  11. New material FM qualification before used in clean room,
  12. Work closely with facility for clean room air partcile montior (include regular production montior and special activities air particle montior location define and monitor ) , coordinate related owner to take root cause analysis, containment actions, preventive actions in time,
  13. Support facility for air particle regular update ICS air particle control limit and make sure the control limit is reasonable,
  14. Maintain FM related documents,
  15. FM weekly report preapre and hold weekly plant level FM meeting,
  16. Regular reporting to Superior,
  17. Attend Meetings with Customers, Suppliers and internal members.

Your Profile:

  1. Degree from university or higher technical college,
  2. Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments,
  3. Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc,
  4. Good analytical skills with attention to details,
  5. Good stress management skills.
