Jr Engineer TDI NPI CHQ 2

Your Responsibilities

• Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials
• Organize and monitor all activities to be ready before last project revision starts in mass production
• Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service
• Optimize P/N prior to ramp up into mass production
• Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow and short ramp up
• Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
• Ramp up new project with the planned yield (calculated) and costs
• Process related arrangement on material, tool

Your Profiles

• Degree from higher technical college
• ≥1 years’ experience in related industry (X-ray drilling, Mechanical Drilling, Routing)
• Fluent written and oral English
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT), SAP, Minitab
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, CP, etc
• Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
• Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well)
• Good stress management skills
