Junior Engineer TDI CHQ 2

Your Responsibilities

• Develop & qualify new technology/ material/ process/ equipment, in order to meet AT&S TDI technology roadmap by updating standard scope of service, design guideline, additional study, qualification in AT&S system
• Evaluate & Introduce new material & chemistry to AT&S, in order to promote process capability by liaise with external suppliers
• Involve Intelligence disclosure with IP team in order to protect company key technology by generating new idea and submit IP
• Promote process capability & stability in order to keep our product with high quality & reliable by optimizing process recipe/tooling & sustainable improvement
• Define & implement suitable process/material/technology in order to secure our NPI product with good competitiveness & satisfy customer requirement/yield target by controlling process/ material cost & implementing measurement rule/guideline
• Provide new engineering concept & hypothesis in order to overcome new technology challenge by executing feasibility study & path finding

Your Profile

• Minimum education level from Bachelor Degree in engineering basis
• Typically requires no previous professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
• Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP…
• Good analytical skills with attention to details.
• Good stress management skills
• Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
• Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges.
• Good team working spirit
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for certain period of time.
