Line Controller PPC CHQ1/3

Your Responsibilities

• Based on the shipment risk level, adjust the lots priority
• Identify potential delivery risks and develop plans, including Kanban, Gantt chart, Duty key lots, SMS lots, working level key lots list, LRD list, etc
• Highlight shipment risks caused by various anomalies, assess the impact and share in time
• Based On the shipment demand and WIP status, develop the process output target
• Based on the process output target trigger necessary HC and machine demand
• Coordinate WIP balance and major process transfer plan. improve HC and machine utilization, reduce cost waste
• Coordinate the equipment PM plan with MNT
• According to the shipment LT required by the customer, setting the FF target
• Highlight the FF fail status and urge the production department to improve the FF status to meet the customer’s LT requirements
• Bug repair: When a bug occurs on the dashboard, contact the MES/IT/QDM team to fix it in time
• Continue to optimize reporting functions to better support daily work
• Host the duty meeting
• Join the TF&WG. If time permits
• Analyze and organize and share the data, if needs
• Other Job assignment from superiors

Your Profile

• Bachelor or above
• 3 years PPC experience, SAP Experience is preferred
• Fluent English
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Good team working spirit
• Good communication skills
