Project Manager TDI CHQ2
Your Responsibilities
- Continuous consultation with Department Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)
- Communication with the related production departments
- Communication with internal suppliers and customers (supplier quality, customer quality, PQ team, Order Handling, Sales, Sales Engineering, Production Departments, PE-CAM and others)
- Communicate with Customers
- Follow environmental regulations
- Lead project for process improvement, parameter improvement and yield improvement
- Ensure technological development
- Implementation of relevant norms and standards
- Support process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources and materials efficiently
- Work in accordance with AT&S quality system. Use templates and databases for documentation
- Ensure process standardization
- Ensure HVM readiness of new Products
- Other Job assignment from superior
Your Profile
- Minimum education level from bachelor’s degree in engineering basis
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
- Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP…
- Good analytical skills with attention to details
- Good stress management skills
- Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
- Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges
- Good team working spirit
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Willingness to travel and stay abroad for certain period
