Reliability_MAL Lab Engineer

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement measurements to ensure and improve die attachment quality
  • Establish process operation specifications/procedures, FMEA, control plan…etc.
  • Qualifying and support new package development through product startup and establishing processes, equipment and material
  • Responsible for enhancing package performance and improve assembly robustness
  • Communication with customers (internal and external) and suppliers
  • Support troubleshooting of Production quality issues
  • Provide training and qualification of engineers and technicians
  • Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production).
  • Ensure compliance of industrial standards like quality, environment, health and safety and so on.
  • Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.
  • Evaluate, develop, qualify and implement new test methods related to die attachment processes
  • Arrange mini assembly line technicians in a efficient way, ensure output in time following ECD
  • Ensure daily business related material availability (flux, underfill, dummy die, ...)
  • Other Job assignment from superior

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical/Electronic/Material Engineering
  • Basic statistic knowledge for some project.
  • Project leading capability.
  • Experience in dummy die attach/mount assembly process.
  • Experience in new equipment qualification, new line qualification with related statistical analysis skills
  • Experience in reliability test method, spec, procedure, tool management
  • Knowledge of project management and basic engineering kits like SPC, DOE, QC 7 tools, 8D, JMP
  • Fluent written and oral English 
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management and independent working style
