Senior Specialist I Production Engineering CHQ 2

Your Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity and costs efficiency
• Continuously improve yield on HVM projects, conduct task force to lead yield improvement on assigned defect code or issues
• Ensure HVM capability to meet multi-product/ project requirement, in terms of output and readiness for new ramp projects
• Implement alternative CC materials & chemistry qualification (MCP cost saving)
• Initiate and implement value-add cost improvement projects (VAM cost saving)
• Process knowhow deep diving and machine or process capability upgrading for technology roadmap development
• Initiate process flow optimization and process window study, introduce new process / machine / method
• Cross process, department training and sharing, document / procedure standardization
• Responsibility sharing for new technology development, process trouble shooting and debottleneck with production
• Responsibility sharing for new product HVM readiness with quality and NPI/TDl
• Customer and supplier communication skills
• Other Job assignment from superior

Your Profile

• Degree from senior technical college in Chemical Engineering and Technology/electronic engineering
• As several years of professional experience in frontend process
• Technical experience and methodology of problem analysis and solving
• 5 or above years of experience as Engineer in process Printed Circuit Board or semiconductor industries. Litho process experience is preferred
• Fluent written and oral English
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, SAP, MES)
• Good stress management skills
• Integrated and Interdisciplinary thinking and acting
• Proficiency in project management
• Good team working spirit
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with IATF16949 requirement
• Knowledge of quality tools, such as FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA
