Your Responsibilities

• Communicate directly to Costumer
• Authority to give instructions and guidance to technical subordinates
• Guide Engineers in their work, help them to grow in their job and responsibility
• Project management
• Lead Teams of Engineers
• Plan out your processes and provide support to the other departments involved

Your Profile

• Process engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging  or related industry
• Familiar with quality tools like FMEA&CP, PPAP, APQP , MSA,SPC,…
• Good analytical skills with attention to details
• Good stress management skills
• Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments
• Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
• Good team working spirit and leadership skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
• Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locations
• Open minded approach
