Senior Specialist II Quality QDM BU ME 

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deployment and optimization of enterprise-level large language models (LLMs), including integration with third-party LLM APIs.
• Participate in building the company's knowledge base, establishing RAG workflows to equip LLMs with the capability to analyze professional problems.
• Participate in the development of company AI agents, creating intelligent functional modules based on business requirements.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance and resource consumption of LLMs to ensure system stability.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Big Data, or a related field
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Solid foundation in deep learning algorithms with relevant practical experience.
• Familiar with technologies related to multimodal models (e.g., ViLT/CLIP), skilled in multimodal data processing, and knowledgeable about inference architectures like MoE.
• Proficient in LLM development frameworks (e.g., Ollama, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and capable of participating in or leading the enterprise deployment and maintenance of LLMs.
• Familiar with RAG platform development and skilled in building RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain or RagFlow.
• Familiar with Agent development workflows, able to translate business scenarios into development processes for intelligent agents and complete the development.
• Knowledgeable about LLM fine-tuning techniques such as Prompt Engineering and LoRA.
• Strong interest in AI technology, excellent self-learning ability, logical analysis, problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and a good team spirit.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in LLM application development and continuous optimization.
