Specialist Controlling CHQ2

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the month end closing work

• Responsible for required group /operational/local reports

• Initiate all kinds of analysis independently with the tool of SAP/HFM/BW. Find the root cause of the deviation and keep the continuous monitoring of the deviation

• Initiate the monthly cost center cost review with all department managers to ensure a proper costing structure, set the target together with the department manager and drive them for continuous improvement

• Cooperate with project leader for the project analysis, know-how about the technical, convert it to financial data to check the feasibility and the progress of the related project

• Assist superior for the quarterly forecast and annual budget

• Keep close relationship with the relevant department, such as Production, PPC, OH, LOGISTIC

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degrees in Finance or accounting, with min. 3 years’ experience

• Certain financial analysis ability and working experience in manufacturing plant

• Eager to learn and will to take challenge and pressure

• Good communication skill

• Computer skills: MS Office, EXCEL

• SAP/ BW/ HFM is plus

• Fluent in English, both written and speaking
