Your Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Yield Sustaining: follow the set quality standards to control the production process. Work with the Quality & Engineering department to analyse and resolve quality problems
• Standardization and Documentation: Provide written Standardized procedures and work instructions. Keep maintaining accurate and up-to-date process documentation
• Implementation of IATF16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001
• Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement track KPIs, and operation cost management
• Equipment availability and tooling improvement for improve output and lower operation cost
• Process cleanliness management: follow 5S requirement check environmental impact regularly to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Operator training and technician training for excursion free
• Other Job assignment from superior

Your Profile

• Completion of a technical education
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
• Self-motivated with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
• Preferred: Experience in a related industryExperience in related industry advantageous
• Fluent written and oral English
• Open minded approach
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good team working spirit and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
• Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA,CP, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
