Specialist Production Litho CHQ 2

Your Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Yield Sustaining: follow the set quality standards to control the production process. Continuous optimisation to guarantee the art status and improve production quality
• Standardization and Documentation: Provide written Standardized procedures and work instructions. Keep maintaining accurate and up-to-date process documentation
• Implementation of IATF16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001
• Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement track KPIs, and operation cost management
• Equipment availability and tooling improvement: Responsible for equipment availability, operation tooling, production consumables and drives for continuous improvement
• Process cleanliness management: Follow environmental regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Responsible for excursion free prevention of production process and human related
• Other Job assignment from superior

Your Profile

• Degree from senior technical college
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
• Self-motivated with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
• Preferred: Experience in a related industrySeveral years of professional experience in related industry advantageous
• Fluent written and oral English
• Open minded approach
• Computer skills
• Good communication and team spirits
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
