SrSpec I Controlling BU ME

Your Responsibilities：

1) Profitability Analysis (50%)

• BU level profitability analysis, mainly focus on product level GP%, CM1% analysis triggered by price/Mix etc. deep dive the root cause of the result. Support for BU level EBITDA analysis
• Centralized Plant level profitability analysis, mainly focus on product level GP%, CM1% analysis triggered by price/Mix etc. deep dive the root cause of the result Support for Plant level EBITDA analysis
• Profitability analysis for planning process(BUD/FC/LE/18mRFC) at BU level and Plant level
• Reporting improvement and Automation to Power BI

2) Central Reporting and Planning (50%）

• Centralize monthly financial reporting and analysis (P&L, BS, CAPEX) for Malaysia KUL plant, stronger analysis especially for working capital
• Centralize planning (BUD/FC/LE/18mRFC) for Malaysia KUL plant, Focus on P&L, BS, CAPEX and Investment analysis and PPT preparation for presentation

Your Profile：

• 3-5 years of Financial work experience, 2-3 years for FP&A
• Possess rich analysis skill
• Eager to learn and will to take challenge and pressure
• Computer skills: MS Office, EXCEL, Power BI
• Familiar with SAP/ BW/ BPC
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English, both written and speaking
• Ability to work well in team environment, flexibility
