Your Responsibilities

• Continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs. Optimized quality, productivity and cost control Ensure technological development to have the latest technology update and sharing
• Initiate measures and solutions to reduce costs by minimizing wastes and errors, and increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
• Standardize process flow and cost control. Responsible for purchase of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production). To have qualified equipment that fulfil the requirements Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean
• Manage and improve yield on HVM projects, task force to led yield improvement on assigned defect code or issues
• Ensure HVM capability to meet multi-product/ project requirement, in terms of output and readiness for new ramp projects
• Manage alternative CC materials & chemistry qualification (MCP cost saving) and initiate value-add cost improvement (VAM cost saving)
• Manage process window and Optimize process flow to achieve define RPT improvement target

Your Profile

• Degree from senior technical college in Mechanical/electronic/Chemical and Material engineering
• Self-motivated ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Extensive and professional experience in related industry advantageous
• 3 or above years of experience in/as engineer or team leader in Printed Circuit Board or semiconductors industry
• Fluent in English
• Computer skills
• Good communication and team spirits
• Good leadership skills
• Knowledge of QMS like IATF 16949
• Knowledge of quality tool like APQP, FMEA,CP, SPC, PPAP,MSA
