SrSpec II Customer QM BU ES 

Your Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management
• Lead the implementation & understanding of customer requirements within the respective plant
• Ensure execution of required qualification and reliability plans during NPI process
• Drive the 8D process in the respective Plant for assigned customers and ensure in time feedback
• Lead customer audits/visits on site and virtual
• DPI/KPI (QNECT System, Score card)
• Customer Communication /Voice of Customer
• Organise rework/sorting at customer side, external companies or AT&S plants

Your Profile

• Technical education College Degree or above
• Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit
• Experienced background in PCB, semiconductor or automotive industry is an added advantage
• Experienced in Microsoft office and Mini-tab software
• English must be work language
• 3 years of experience in/as CQE, QE or related jobs
• VDA & IATF 16949 certification is better
• 6 Sigma GB or PMP is betterProblem solving and very good communication skills
• Willing to travel
• Execution of internal process- and system audits (if applicable)
