Your Responsibilities

• Lead the sample engineering Team and coordinate all related project related meeting and activities
• Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials
• Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production)
• Organize and monitor all related projects’ activities to be ready before last project revision starts in mass production
• Ramp up new project with the planned yield (calculated), process continuous improvement and cost saving
• Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
• Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow and short ramp up
• Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service
• Technical input for further development projects
• Other job assigned from superior
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
• Follow AT&S information security policy to prevent core data leak outside. Follow RBA requirement

Your Profile

• Technical background
• Degree from higher technical college at least plus several years of professional experience at PCB/semiconductor industry laser drilling/cutting process
• Fluent written and oral English
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT), SAP, Minitab
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with quality tools like APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP…
• Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
• Good team player and team leader, Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
• Good stress management skills
