Surface Finish SrSpec II

Your Responsibilities

• Experience in Surface Finish (priority), would be advantage if together with solder mask
• Regular consultation with TDI-TD Supervisor/Superior about relevant tasks within the department (incl. Related reporting)
• Communication and coordination within the different teams in the department and other departments
• Identify, lead and coordinate cost saving projects
• Ensure appropriate resources are arranged and provide necessary support to all tasks/projects
• Support TDI-TD tasks/projects/activities in terms of liaison with other related departments
• Provide and/or coordinate necessary reports and documentation as required for internal and external customers
• Lead tasks/projects in meeting assigned targets/goals within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure compliance with AT&S EHS and Quality System requirements
• Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues
• Other tasks as assigned from superior from time to time

Your Profile

• Minimum education level from Bachelor Degree in engineering basis
• Knowledge of project management, data analysis and design of experiments
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc)
• Engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
• Working experience with multinational or intercultural teams
• Good analytical skills with attention to details
• Good stress management skills
• Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
• Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges
