Senior Buyer / Buyer

Your Responsibilities

• Supplier basement management and optimization

• Contract negotiation including Quality/Service/Price etc. with supplier

• On-time daily purchase order operation, monitor shipment until final delivery

• SAP Master data maintenance (MM Module)

• International project support

• Monitoring and managing overall supplier performance, risk assessment, rating and auditing

• Communicating and coordinating diverse sourcing activities with the Global Supply Management and Business Unit Purchasing

• Solve P.O. related issues like inspection/test and payment

• Manage supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, service, on-time delivery, technology, etc.

• Handling reporting, market interlligence & documentation

Your Profile

• BA or MA in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or Engineering combined with relevant professional experience 

• 5+ years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain in the electronics industry ideally within a MNC (Greenfield experience considered a plus)

• Reliable and trustworthy team player with dedicated work ethic

• Strong computer skills in SAP/MRP/ERP and MS Office 

• Very good communication skills in English paired with international and cross-cultural professional experience
