C&B/ Payroll Specialist

 

C&B / Payroll Specialist is responsible for C&B operations & projects, including monthly payroll, MPF, tax and claims etc. Support team head and business units on budgeting and management reporting
Maintain data integrity and update information in HRIS, and generate regular reports for management review. This position is reporting to Compensation & Benefits Manager.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the programs and systems related to the C&B area meet the company’s business strategies, procedures and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations
  • Assist in Analyzing C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine-tune existing HR-related systems and/or propose new initiatives to strengthen company's market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent. Providing feasibility study and project plans, drive for excellence execution on projects
  • Ensure the timely and efficient management and accuracy of the monthly payroll process and very hands on in Payroll Software. People Soft software is a must.
  • Manage annual compensation projects and initiatives (e.g. bonus calculation, salary reviews, budgeting)
  • Manage staff cost by providing regular analysis and key highlights to management
  • Provide consultative advise to employees on all C&B matters
  • Other assignments according to the supervisor arrangement

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years C&B and payroll experience within labour-intensive organisations
  • Good team player, detail-minded with strong numerical sense
  • Familiar with SAP system is advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, formula setting etc.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
