Communications Specialist (Multimedia Production & Graphic Design) 

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute graphic design projects in support of corporate, external and internal communication needs.

• Plan and develop multimedia production.

• Provide design and technical support for corporate giveaways, employer branding items, promotional items, and for updates on intranet/websites.

• Provide support for the organisation of trade fairs, internal and external communication activities.

• Provide support for administrative tasks and communication activities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Communication/Multimedia Production/Graphic Design or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years of experience in multimedia production and graphic design, that are supported with a convincing portfolio of work samples.

• At least 3-5 years of experience creating and managing content for social media.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the development of giveaways and souvenirs, and dealing with vendors on the technical aspects of the design for actual production.

• Some experience in event management.

• Provide support for team members for tasks that are instrumental and incidental to department function.

• Perform additional responsibilities as and when assigned by superior(s) to meet departmental and organisational objectives.
