To enhance our successful Controlling Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

 

Controlling Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Support on the month- end closing tasks

  • Support on annual Budget, quarterly Forecast and monthly Estimate

  • Support monthly financial analyses and reporting

  • Support on implementation of new financial reports 

  • Support ad-hoc financial analyses

  • Project Reporting for weekly and monthly reviews

  • Investment budget control and status

  • Coordinate Process & Standard rule 

  • Planning on rolling CAPEX / OPEX forecast

  • Coordinate the reporting requirement from Management with Project Team

 

Your Profile

  • BA Finance, Accounting & Controlling 
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Cost Controlling, preferably in a MNC 
  • High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production) and MS PowerPoint
  • Familiar with SAP ERP, BPC, BW
  • Detail-orientated and analytical approach to tasks 
  • Ability to work independently as well collaborate with other team members 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
