Financial Analysis Manager/ Expert Financial Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Business Planning projects
  • Define requirements together with the management
  • Develop timetable with clear allocation of tasks
  • Assign, coordinate and align inputs with various input providers and stakeholders
  • Compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS)
  • Provide valuable analysis for management’s decision-making
  • Drive decision making and approval process
• Strategic planning
  • Lead BU Mid-term Plan
  • Compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS)
  • Provide valuable analysis for management’s decision-making
  • Support strategic projects
• Support ad hoc projects
  • Provide financial analysis as needed
  • Provide financial support and guidance on project decision making

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Certification in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline
• 10-15 years of relevant working experience (manufacturing background desirable)
• High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production) and MS PowerPoint
• Experience on sensitive analysis, pay-back periods, NPV calculations on feasibility studies
• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Familiar with SAP ERP, BPC, BW
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and speaking. Mandarin as a plus. 
• Ability to influence and work in a support role
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
