IT Operations Expert Manufacturing Services - MES/AES

IT Operations experts ensure consistent execution of operational procedures and thus the smooth running of all IT Applications and Infrastructure as laid out in the respective service level agreements. They support users by taking in and resolving tickets.

Your Responsibilities

• Pick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents and execute the tasks.
• Monitor and regular execute data back-up of systems.
• Approve, create, manage, maintain IT continuity plans.
• Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems.
• Implement & ensure security protection.
• Support of the key-users in respect of system functionality and software features.
• Maintenance of Manufacturing System functions and applications.
• Support the deployment activities of Manufacturing and Automation System.
• Support and maintain interfaces to equipment level.
• To align working scheduling with the shifting schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage to Production team.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Manufacturing/Production Services Support.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
• Able to work on shift rotation pattern in order to support Manufacturing Operations team.
• Experience with communication protocols such as SECS/GEM, OPC UA/DA, MQTT.
• Experience in integrating manufacturing equipment to host systems such as MES or SCADA.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), as well as .NET, TypeScript, Node.JS, JavaScript, C#.
• Experience working with databases such as MS SQL.
• Excellent inter personal skills to work effectively with internal customer such as: Manufacturing, Engineering and Equipment teams.
• Excellent organizational time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Test-Driven development methodology.
• Knowledge of Process Management and Service Management.
• Project Management Skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Intercultural awareness and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
