AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:

 

Key Account Manager 

 

In this role, you are based in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim and take responsibility for capacity expansion projects of the dedicated key account under the guidance and leadership of the Senior Director Key Account. To enable you for this exciting and challenging position, we will provide you with an individually tailored training-on-the-job in AT&S HQ in Leoben, Austria and/or in our manufacturing plant in Chongqing, China. 

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the defined key account in all aspects of the collaboration with AT&S
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer matters and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Revenue responsibility for defined key accounts including budget review
  • Contract review, pricing and price review according to internal guidelines
  • Periodical management updates on customer activities, competition and general market
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Coordination of customer-oriented teams in terms of customer requirements

 

Your Profile

  • BA or MA Degree in commercial and/or technical field of study 
  • Technical and commercial understanding of the semicon industry and long-time experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Account Management 
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills effective across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel
