Logistic Senior Manager / Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Contact with authority to ensure certifications and reputation is well maintained (Customs, etc)
• Main contact for Sales, OH, Purchasing, Production and Management for new logistics requirement
• Manage both material and finish goods storage areas and ensure the stock accuracy.
• Manage packing team to ensure all package is processed according customers’ specification or AT&S internal requirement.
• Manage import team to ensure the material and equipment complete customs clearance and arrive on time
• Manage export team to ensure all finish goods delivery fulfil our commitment to customers.
• Responsible for customs tariff exemption or reduction policy intepretation and implementation
• Lead the annual inventory checking and prepare report to account company and Customs.
• Yearly Investment, cost and headcount budget preparation and implementation by daily fulfilment
• Continuous optimisation of forwarding procedure and transport lead-time
• Continuous cost saving and efficiency improvement for transportation cost, storage costs, manpower optimization and warehouse space optimization.
• Perform as one of the committee member of company security control for logistics part
• Ensure logistics activities follow safety regulations / environmental guidelines
• Other reasonable jobs appointed by superior

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree & above in Commercial/ supply chain or any equivalents
• Knowledge and professional experience in forwarding business, customs clearance, warehouse management and packing operation.
• At least 10 years working in Logistics department of an international manufacturing enterprise, and Minimal 3 years perform as leader role in this area. 
• Strong leadership capability and excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills ( MS office package ), SAP knowledge
• Fluent English in both oral and writing (knowledge of German is advantageous)
