Mechanical Wet Line Engineer/Senior Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate directly to Costumer.
• Authority to give instructions and guidance to technical subordinates. 
• Guide Engineers in their work, help them to grow in their job and responsibility.
• Project management.
• Plan out your processes and provide support to the other departments involved.
• Align Off time with Colleagues and Superior.
• Attend Meetings and Conference Calls with Customers and Suppliers.
• Attend Meetings and Conference Calls with Top Management.
• Attend Meetings with AT&S internal members.
• Attend Workshops and participate activities in it.
• Blocking  of Machines.
• Blocking of all kinds of Lots.
• Blocking of Processes.
• Coordinate work with other departments related to machine supplier or Material supplier.
• Cost reduction and Cost cutting. 
• Development of Qualification plans, DoE plans and procedures, Evaluation procedures and others as well.
• Excursion management and follow up.
• Lead cost cutting / cost reduction Projects.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Lead Taskforce teams for Yield improvement.
• Maintain Yield baseline and improve Yield Performance, Yield monitoring and Low Yield Analyses.
• Limit the use of Equipment. (e.g. conditional release or blocking of Equipment).
• Material and Resources planning during Qualification as well as for High Volume Manufacturing (Consumption per Panel and others as well).
• Management of Process relevant QMS Documents like Process instruction, Organized Reaction Plan, Checklists and others as well.
• ORP Execution for blocked Process. 
• Perform internal role-specific Line Audits.
• Readiness for Business trips, Supplier Visits, Customer Visit, domestic as well as abroad.
• Readiness for work on overtime and even in nighttime in urgent cases and emergencies as per superiors demand.
• Readiness for work on Weekends in urgent cases and emergencies as per superiors demand.
• Readiness for work on Weekends to cover weekend duty arrangement from Engineering as per Duty plan.
• Releasing of blocked Processes (Input Parameter and PCS).
• Releasing of Engineering Lots, DoE Lots and Special lots like skewed IWV Lots etc.. No Release of Standard Production lots.
• Reporting to Customer as per customer demand.
• Report line status, work status and incidents, as well as problems and highlights to Superiors in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Reporting to Top Management.
• Review of Qualification Plan, White Papers, Qualification Execution and Data gathering.
• Review Tool Specification and Material Specification with Engineer.
• Review with Engineers the BF's and ID's, follow up and guide engineers in this matter.
• Reporting to Superior in verbal and written form.
• Scrap execution for Test lots and DoE lots.
• Training of Engineer trainees.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of Process engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Mechanical, IC-Packaging  or related industries.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
• Familiar with Chemical process or Wet Chemical Process.
• Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc
• Good analytical skills with attention to details. 
• Good stress management skills.
• Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments.
• Fluent written and oral English with knowledge in Mandarin would be adn added advantage.
• Good team working spirit and leadership skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills. 
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word or Excel).
