PCS & Yield Senior Specialist (Senior Engineer/Team Lead)

Your Responsibilities

Summary ofthe position:

•    Maintain and continue improve the product quality level in the respective department.
•    Ensure team to fulfilment of customer requirements. 
•    Ensure team to fulfilment of BU and customer requirements implemented through the organization. 
•    Drive Yield and CIP Improvement and able to collaborate with process owners 

Key responsibilities:

•    Defining Yield & PCS targets based on customer and internal business needs
•    Lead and collaborate with Data Management Team: Work closely with the Data Management Team to create statistical and analytical tools, ensuring their widespread adoption within the organization.
•    Automate Data Collection: Monitor and Implement automated data collection processes for each product.
•    Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the customer or internal if requested
•    Ensure the tracking and standardization of yield, FM and PCS related (area)meetings in the plant
•    Regular alignment LAB, QDM, six sigma and other supporting departments on their roadmap
•    Organize and lead YIP / CIP Improvement activities 
•    Verify all document know-how and keep updating quality related procedures so as to handover the well-established processes for mass production
•    Guide team member to creating Roadmaps to achieve the given targets & deploy them to the owners/departments
•    Alerting the related area and plant management in case of increasing yield loss, FM or PCS highlights.

Your Profile

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent
  • Preferable 5 years & above working experience in/as operations/quality/production/ engineering experiences in semiconductor manufacturing SPC and Yield    
  • Experience in in Statistics and Yield
  • Drive Quality Yield Improvement activities
  • Familiar with Rootcause analysis and Corrective actions implementations
  • Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP, etc.
  • Practical Data Analysis: Experience applying statistical data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Physics and Measurement Principles: A robust understanding of the physics behind measurement principles.
  • Statistical Software Proficiency: Proficient in using statistical software packages such as JMP, including script development.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, and capable of lateral thinking with reasoned decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of yield management like defect identification
  • Six Sigma Knowledge: Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
