QMS Senior Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the compliance to the ISO & IATF standards and internal requirements
• Facilitate QMS document management to ensure QMS documents are meeting ISO9001, IATF16949 and AT&S group requirements.
• Facilitate the internal audit of quality management system according to audit program and audit plan
• Follow up on the corrective action of audit findings to ensure on time closure and verify the effectiveness.
• Support external system audits to ensure smooth and success of 3rd party audits/certifications.
• Generate Management Review Materials and report/minutes and closely follow up so that audit requirements are fulfilled.
• Update the training materials and execute internal QMS training according to HR training plan
• Other Job assignment from superior.

Your Profile

• Possess bachelor degree/master degree in related fields
• Min 5 years of experience & above in QMS
• Broad experience in quality standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3)
• Excellent inter personal skills to work effectively with our internal/external customer.
• Excellent organizational time management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiar with Project management.
• Ability to work under pressure
