AT&S is a leading manufacturer of high-end printed circuit boards and IC substrates. AT&S industrialises leading-edge technologies for its core business segments Mobile Devices & Substrates, Automotive, Industrial and Medical. AT&S employs roughly 15,000 people and has a global presence with production sites in Austria (Leoben, Fehring) and plants in India (Nanjangud), China (Shanghai, Chongqing), Korea (Ansan near Seoul) and a new, high-end production facility for IC Substrates currently under construction in Kulim, Malaysia. To enhance our successful Sales Team in the Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced candidate:


Sales Manager SEA


Your Responsibilities

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Acquisition & development of new customers in close cooperation with the Account Team and AT&S product/technology portfolio
  • Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers
  • Manage external sales agents and distributors; giving them clear guidance and support in daily business, setting clear goals and expectations track the progress and do quarterly review meetings (KPIs, Feedback)
  • Develop business models, sales strategies and operational plans for short & long-term and negotiate contracts
  • Develop strategy for products, technology, pricing, and customer satisfaction for the assigned customers
  • Contract and price definition & review in accordance with internal guidelines and negotiation with customers
  • Provide short & long-term budget plans, sales/revenue/expense reports and forecasts to the management 


Your Profile

  • BA or MA degree in Business Administration or a related field 
  • Minimum 10+ years selling directly to customers in the market segments of Cellular Phone, Telecommunication, Instrumentation or Electronic Components
  • Successful track record as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager within the electronics/semiconductor industry, consistently meeting or exceeding given business targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from strategic planning to deal closing
  • In depth market and industry knowledge, with a track record of success in cultivating contacts with decision makers within both multinational and domestic major OEMs and EMS’s
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels 
  • Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales and account management
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
  • Willingness to travel
