Specialist/ Engineer (IE)

Your Responsibilities

• Meeting Customer NPI product demand: Ensure customer NPI demand is met by effectively balancing capacity and material availability.
• Quantity and Lead Time Management: Guarantee sufficient quantity and lead time to meet new product introduction demand.
• Identify and suggest optimum NPI product lead time by comparing the constraints of NPI product process, new material and new method which might be different from the HVM products. 
• Perform Gap Analysis: Evaluate core performance metrics and identify gaps between NPI & HVM products. Develop improvement plan in closing the gap for sustainable manufacturability of NPI products.
• Meeting production lead time by using a systematic approach in driving to achieve OEE goal of the defined IE model.
• Driving for planning efficiency improvement: Deploy engineering solution in identifying constraint and improvement plan for effective and efficiency on-time response to customer requests.  
• Strategize and integrate loading plan and production execution for smooth and cost-effective manufacturing structure.
• Lead and introduce big data analysis modelling to facilitate the execution of lot movement.   

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree In Engineering or other relevant courses.
• 3-8 years in Production Planning Control experience with SAP experience preferred as well as Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in new product introduction cycle to high volume manufacturing in preferred.
• JMP & scripting experience is preferred.
• Data accuracy and precise working style.
• Good computer skills –  particularly Microsoft Office Packages (Word &Excel).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Good team working spirit which is able to work within multiple groups within company.
