To enhance our successful TDI Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

Specialist/ Engineer - TDI (Etching/ AOI)

Your Responsibilities

• Understand wellness of the process, product and equipment in real time. Identify any shifts from baseline and react accordingly. Real time correction of any shift and no OOC/OOS on litho related parameters.

• Achieve plant level EBITDA zero – material change, chemistry change, BCP, process change, etc.

• Development of Qualification plans, DoE plans and procedures, Evaluation procedures for CIP (IPP, KPP, CtF and Yield). This extends until HVM handover and ramp up. Certification timely with recipe optimization/tooling & durable optimization properly finish

• Follow Change Control management system at all times and zero excursion target

• Litho In-line status follow-up and disposal for NPI/TD lot line excursion, maintain product running stability and give timely respond (un-expected excursion/LXP alignment failure/vacuum error, DFL lamination fail/AOI scanning issue, etc.)

• Maintain Yield baseline and improve Yield Performance, Yield monitoring and Low Yield Analysis as well as IPP/KPP/CtF(Cpk>1.33), including baseline improvement during NPI phase and stability control in early HVM phase

• Perform internal role-specific Line Audits and identify any risk activity that can affect safety, product, and process or equipment stability. Capture all risk items timely and be familiar on dry process

• Litho tool recipe development, recipe maintenance and recipe management (key parameters: dosage/alignment offset/fiducial mark design and teaching setting/glass mask ID). Perform communication and alignment with production/quality team when change recipe

• Identify the tool capability gaps and close the gaps to mitigate product output deviations:

  • Tool hardware/software/process control plan matching;

  • Product output matching(binomial data SEB to POR; continuous data SE to POR)

• Work / Participate on Projects (Cost cutting, Green Belt, Yield improvement, Taskforces etc.)

• Write dry tool specification for new Equipment and finish alignment with supplier side, handle tool qualification(IQ/PQ), and handover for HVM

• Communicate with customer through regular meetings(LRD review/AR review/Area WG etc.), participate or lead and close internal and external WG or TF;
• Internal/external report writing for Litho dry process or product quality related topics

• Develop and support path finding activities based on new materials and processes in collaboration with customer and internal teams

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 year’s working experience as a Senior/Lead in Lithography in the fields of IC-Substrate or Semiconductor or IC-Packaging or Assembly

• Knowledge of project management, data evaluation, design of experiments and customer orientation

• Experience in practicing SixSigma or other statistical and quality tools in process engineering and control such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP

• Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel), JMP and Minitab

• Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management

• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for working in an enriching intercultural environment

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
