To enhance our successful TDI Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

Specialist/ Engineer -  TDI SRSF (Solder Resist & Surface Finish)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead and provide proper guidance to engineers, and help them to know the process

• Liaise directly with customer for any issues and do the improvement as per customer demand

• Responsible for tool installation, setup and process qualification

• Coordinate and lead on improvement projects such as cost cutting, green belt, yield improvement, taskforces and do collaboration with other department for the project assigned

• Responsible to review and propose the improvement of qualification plan, qualification execution and data gathering

• Focus on any report of line status, work status and incidents, as well as problems and highlights to superior and management

• Responsible to prepare for NPI product and follow-up if for your process scope

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science field or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in manufacturing industry with knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiment are preferable

• Knowledge of Solder Resist /Solder Mask, Surface Finish, Plating or Lithography.

• Knowledge of quality tools: SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP are an added advantage

• Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills : QC 7 steps, 6 Sigma, JMP, Minitab, PDCA, MBPS

• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
