Specialist/ Engineer - TDI (Test)

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the process:
    • Tool, Materials, Defect, Procedures
    • Input monitoring
    • NPI Product performance from RR to HVM release
    • Cross functional impact
    • Support customer request
    • Yield and IPP report preparation for internal and external
    • New tool installation and qualification until HVM release smoothly. All issues shall be resolved timely
    • Timely IPP/Yield review and response to support NPI success
    • Culture, mindset, logical, on-site approach
    • Spend time on floor to assess risk to product, process and any behavior that can have negative business impact
    • Committed to attend to high expectations of work within process include integration. Full focus during meetings-No laptop work
    • Supporting other team members with no hesitations including weekend work
    • Participate actively in WG and TF
    • Report preparation and quality shall meet HoD, Customer expectations
  • Understand wellness of the process, product and equipment in real time. Identify any shifts from baseline and react accordingly. Real time correction of any shift and no OOC/OOS.
    Engineering Parameter setup/optimization
  • Achieve plant level EBITDA zero – material change, chemistry change, BCP, process change, etc.
  • Development of Qualification plans, DoE plans and procedures, Evaluation procedures for CIP (IPP, KPP, CtF and Yield). This extends until HVM handover and ramp up in order to meet Certification deadlines
  • NPI product’s PCS execution
  • Follow Change Control management system at all times and zero excursion target.
  • Maintain Yield baseline and improve Yield Performance, Yield monitoring and Low Yield Analysis as well as IPP (Cpk >1.33)
  • This includes Process stability/capability improvement
  • Perform internal role-specific Line Audits and identify any risk activity that can affect safety, product, and process or equipment stability. Capture all risk items timely.
  • Recipe development, recipe maintenance and recipe management within the department with HVM
  • Identify the tool capability gaps and close the gaps to mitigate product output deviations
  • Work / Participate on Projects (Cost cutting, Green Belt, Yield improvement, Taskforces etc.)
  • New Equipment, Qualify, and handover for HVM
  • Write Material Specification for new Material and maintain Specification for existing material
  • Communicate with customer through regular meetings, participate or lead and close internal and external WG or TF 

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic and equivalent.

  • Minimum 3-7 year’s working experience of pocess engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging  or related industry 

  • Knowledge in ICT Test Machine such as Takaya or Fying Probe. Alternatively, knowledge in Impedance Testing.

  • Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc

  • Good analytical skills with attention to details. 

  • Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of  experiments

  • Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel) 

  • Good leadership skills, team spirit, able to be part of a team and team leader as well

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
