(Senior) Manager R&D - Power Electronics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our R&D initiatives in Power Electronics. This role serves as the key technical interface with customers, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with industry needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between R&D and customer-facing teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with customer and industry requirements
• Lead product and technology development, including materials, processes, and production lines
• Oversee project planning, team setup, milestone tracking, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with standardized project management practices
• Foster early engagement with customers to identify new technology needs
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Represent the company in technical forums and roadshows

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in automotive inverter systems or power electronics
• Proven track record in program management within electronics or automotive sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP; knowledge of MiniTab, JMP, and statistical analysis is a plus
• Deep understanding of PCB and IC substrate markets
