(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment cycle with agility and precision, ensuring the right talent finds the right role
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners crafting sourcing strategies that fit business needs
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions and future growth
- Collaborate with external agencies to secure quality and efficiency throughout the process
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools to keep workflows smooth and data accurate
- Conduct structured interviews to ensure cultural and functional fit
- Represent the company at recruitment events, bringing our culture and values to life
- Use data analytics to track KPIs, optimize processes, and share insights on market trends and employer branding
Your Profile
- Solid experience in HR and talent acquisition ideally in an international fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for diverse roles
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills combined with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and proficient in Excel a technical background is a plus
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative analytical and committed to continuous improvement
- Open to working on-site in Leoben with flexibility for remote days
