To enhance our successful BU Sales Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate


AT&S International Early Career Program 2024 – Account Managers (f/m/d)

It is a one-year program for future high-potentials. You will get the opportunity to dive deep into the field of printed circuit boards and IC Substrates, and gain international hands-on experience. 


Exposure to the global commercial environment

You will work together with experienced colleagues around the world who bring expertise from different areas, and travel to global AT&S locations to understand their needs and learn from their approaches.


Grow with the challenges of the future

You will be assigned to different projects with exciting opportunities. We offer you a tailor made onsite training as well as individual coaching and mentoring program to build your knowledge in the industry and strengthen your competencies. 


Your Responsibilities 

  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will help nurture relationships with customers, actively addressing their needs and facilitating the whole sales process. Your role will involve a mix of sales and customer service duties to manage a portfolio of clients, create new business opportunities and manage expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction.  


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economical field, previous working student experience or exposure to workplace as a career starter is an advantage  
  • Curious and enthusiastic individual motivated to learn on-the-job and kick-off their career in a multinational industrial company
  • Fast learner with strong communication skills and problem-solving approach to tasks 
  • Reliable team-player with attention to detail and ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
