Consultant Sales & Customer Excellence - Sales Controlling Focused (f/m/d)

 

Are you passionate about optimizing sales processes and enhancing customer experiences? Join our dynamic team at AT&S as a Consultant in Sales & Customer Excellence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Teams to develop and refine sales-related processes and systems. Your creativity, open mindset, and excellent communication skills will be key as you work with international teams, train new colleagues, and promote best practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize sales processes for lead management, account acquisition, and customer relationship management
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver process and system training programs to the Sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Continuously enhance sales tools, including CRM systems
  • Monitor Sales KPIs and DPIs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create insightful dashboards for data analysis using Power BI

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economical field
  • Min 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Project Management or Sales Controlling
  • Excellent understanding of various enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to lead inter-functional teams and projects and can be detail-orientated
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel to other sales offices
