To enhance our successful Corporate Sales & Customer Excellence Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate

 

Consultant Sales & Customer Excellence (f/m/d)

In this role, you will optimize and govern the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. It involves leading change initiatives, managing KPIs through Power BI, ensuring audit compliance, and coordinating with IT and external consultants. You will also support training, skill development, and the identification of best practices across the O2C landscape.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Govern and optimize O2C processes, including all sub-processes, by driving change management and identifying areas for improvement

  • Enhance O2C-related systems and tools, develop new use cases, and coordinate interface setups with internal IT and external consultants

  • Design and maintain the KPI/DPI landscape, and develop Power BI structures, templates, and dashboards for performance tracking

  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and provide support during audit processes

  • Lead and support project management activities related to O2C process improvements

  • Identify and share best practices across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Assess training needs, identify suitable training providers, and support skill development initiatives

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economical field
  • Min 3 years’ experience in Sales Excellence and/or Project Management or Sales Controlling
  • Excellent understanding of various enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to lead inter-functional teams and projects and can be detail-orientated
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel abroad
