Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the creation, management and reporting of online marketing campaigns and develop content plans, create and publish content on all social media platforms. You will be responsible for helping improve findability on the web and subsequently increasing lead generation, conversions and customer interactions as well as interaction with other stakeholders. You will be responsible for a lean process of handing over leads to sales and report directly to the Head of Marketing Communications.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. social media, display advertising, account-based marketing, email marketing) 

  • Work closely with sales to align goals, content and process leads

  • Develop, structure, design and implement content for social media channels, ads, landing pages and content materials based on customer needs

  • Effectively connect the brand to customers and other stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency across all channels

  • Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and consultants, as well as programmers and internal IT

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and social media channels

  • Develop content plans, create and publish content on all social media platforms incl. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok


Your Profile

  • Completed degree or training in online marketing, eCommerce or other similar training.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Performance marketing experience

  • Know-how in using social media channels, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Admanager, Account Based Marketing, Google Analytics & Co.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems

  • Analytical and conceptual skills

  • Good project management skills

  • Independent working style

  • Independent and reliable way of working as well as team player with strong hands-on mentality

  • Very good command of English and German language

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 55.000,- Euro.
