HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

In this role you report directly to the HR Manager Austria, and are responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of our ambitious growth project.


Your Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner function and project management of the AT&S expansion project in Austria.

  • Leadership, development and efficiency optimization of the project team as well as assignment and coordination of work packages

  • Advancement and support of established HR processes and programs such as personnel development measures, performance management, etc.

  • Ensure a demand-oriented, efficient recruiting and onboarding including all relevant processes

  • Cooperation with Corporate Communications in the area of employer branding and personnel marketing (cooperation with schools, universities, job fairs, etc.)

  • Ensure the effective interface with operational HR management onsite and on group level as well as with all internal and external project-related stakeholders

  • Preparation and tracking of KPIs as well as ongoing reporting to the overall project manager and the HR Manager Austria

  • Development and controlling of timelines, milestones, budgets and potential risks


Your Profile

  • University Degree (BA or MA), preferably with a focus on HR

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a management position or a project management function in HR

  • At least 5 years of project management experience (project management training an advantage) and proven experience in projects and project management tasks

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to cooperate and intercultural competence as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.000,- Euro.
