HR Development Specialist (f/m/d)

 

As the HR Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing and setting up international people development programs, supporting development initiatives, and implementing new ways of learning. As such, we are looking for a professional with a creative mind-set that is reliable and committed to growing the HR department.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, design and setup people and organizational development measures on different scales (local to global) Main responsible user for our Learning Management System

  • Initiate, plan and execute HR Development programs, projects and processes (e.g., Talent Management, Performance Management, Trainee Programs, Leadership Initiatives, etc.)

  • Act as a consultant/facilitator for different internal stakeholders (e.g., people, leaders, organisational units)

  • Remain up to date with the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development

  • Align with local HR responsible on measures to be rolled out globally 

 

Your Profile

 

  • University degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5 years of work experience in/as a HR Development Specialist or equivalent (preferably in an international company)
  • Experience in consulting and conceptualization in the field of HR Development 
  • Strong skills to administrate, organize and communicate with internal different stakeholders 
  • Good knowledge of written and oral English

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 45.000,- Euro.
