Head of Program Management (f/m/d)
As Head of Program Management, you will lead a portfolio of strategically important business and technology initiatives, aligning executive priorities with operational execution to deliver significant commercial, operational, and technological outcomes. You will establish program governance, strengthen organizational program management capabilities, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while steering complex, cross-functional programs in a global manufacturing environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business, technology, and transformation programs across sites and functions to deliver Business Unit objectives.
- Translate BU strategy into executable program portfolios, roadmaps, and measurable results.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
- Establish program governance, performance management, and risk frameworks to ensure transparency and effective decision-making.
- Champion operational excellence and business transformation initiatives that improve cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Shape strategic investment and portfolio decisions through business cases, resource planning, and financial analysis.
- Develop organizational program management capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and best-practice deployment.
- Influence senior stakeholders and lead high-visibility programs, ensuring alignment, organizational readiness, and successful execution of key priorities.
Your Profile
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Business Engineering, or a related discipline, with recognized program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP®, PRINCE2) considered a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors, substrates, advanced packaging, PCB manufacturing, or advanced electronics.
- Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs across multiple sites and international teams, delivering measurable operational and financial results.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and execution in matrixed and multicultural organizations.
- Advanced expertise in program and portfolio management, governance, risk management, and organizational change management.
- Excellent analytical, financial, organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills, combined with a solid understanding of semiconductor and advanced manufacturing business environments.
