Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)

 

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and personable Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition team with a focus on driving accountability, enhancing acquisition strategies, implementing best practice for candidate acquisition, and ensuring team alignment. You will work closely with the team to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle, support and build strong relationships with executive leaders, and represent the team in stakeholder meetings and events.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment (pre-screen, schedule, offer, onboarding, etc.) and define roles and responsibilities of Talent Acquisition team to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle
  • Provide professional expertise and support in the development and implementation of the talent review process in order to achieve business objectives that result in the creation of an internal benchmark for top talent
  • Build strong relationships with our executive leaders, hiring managers and business partners to maximize talent acquisition and talent management alignment
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies, coordinating external and internal resources, to maintain strong talent pipelines in order to support current and future business needs
  • Build on-going connections with external candidates and partners in order to promote the AT&S brand/vision and establish long-term partnerships
  • Create and maintain an environment of equality, diversity, and equal employment opportunity in support of the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Ensure compliance with legal frameworks, regulations and data integrity

 

Your Profile

  • University degree from an accredited university (preferably in Human Resources or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting position (preferably at a senior level in a highly dynamic, competitive and international environment)
  • Knowledge of Labour Law with a strong understanding of payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of employer branding
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships with a variety of professionals such as business, HR, Talent Acquisition and other key players
  • Advanced knowledge of alternative sourcing techniques to find and engage passive applicants
  • Experience in leading interviews, knowledge in interview/moderation/presentation techniques
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (social media tools, web-platforms, blogs, MS Office)
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 70.000,- EUR.
