IT Project & Program Manager (f/m/d)


We are looking for a Project Manager to manage overall coordination of complex IT projects or programs based on project management process and standards (including usage of tools). You will be responsible for setting project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules, as well as ensuring completion of projects in time, budget, and defined quality. In addition, you will also manage international project teams and stakeholders, and actively manage project risks. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, manage, monitor, and control complex projects/programs

  • Select and tailor relevant and necessary project management processes, methods and tools and define appropriate degree of rigor and adopt project management best practices

  • Drive decision-making based on facts by actively managing stakeholders

  • Ensure application of relevant AT&S project management standards within the project/programs

  • Ensure organizational change management regarding the implementation of projects'/programs' results

  • Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders such as analysts, applications programmers, and clients


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the area of project -, program management or PMO 
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Governance would be a plus
  • Excellent inter personal skills to work effectively with diverse IT departments
  • Experience of working in team-orientated international environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as intercultural and social competence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 65.000,- Euro.
