IT Project & Program Manager -  (f/m/d)


In this interesting role, you will be required to manage complex programs and projects and ensure that the increasingly complex requirements placed on IT Infrastructure are processed in a regulated manner and that results are achieved that are in line with corporate standards. In addition, you will be responsible for managing projects, programs and processes globally and internationally across borders, to ensure related communication and information.


Your Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, manage, monitor and control complex projects and programs

  • Overall responsibility for the achievement of project and program objectives and reporting to project clients and steering committees

  • Ensure application of relevant AT&S project management standards within projects/programs

  • Drive decision-making based on facts and figures by actively managing stakeholders

  • Ensure organizational change management regarding the implementation of projects /programs results

  • Active involvement in the further development and continuous improvement of project management processes, methods and tools

  • Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders



Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in the field of Information Technology or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of project -, program management or PMO

  • Experience working with international and global teams and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking

  • Independent, methodical, result-oriented and structured way of working

  • Knowledge of requirements management would be a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 54.000,- Euro.
