Junior Project Manager R&D HPC

 

 

 

 

In your role, you will support and drive R&D projects focused on innovative product concepts, product features, and manufacturing technologies within the field of modularization. You will work in an international environment, contributing to the development of new technologies, processes, materials, and intellectual property that strengthen AT&S’ position as a technology leader.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
  • Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
  • Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
  • Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to modularization
  • Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
  • Motivate, coordinate, and support international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Graduate degree in physics, chemistry, mechatronics, electronics, communication or medical engineering, or a similar technical education
  • Alternatively, an equivalent professional background with relevant industry experience
  • Basic project management knowledge and understanding of structured development processes
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational, communication, moderation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Open-minded, proactive, and willing to work hands-on in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally and continuously learn and develop professionally
