Junior Quality Management System Engineer

In this role you will upload, maintain and update defined AT&S production and non-production documents into the AT&S quality management system, following Document Control Procedures and ensuring compliance.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the organization and implementation of internal audits

• Facilitate QMS document management (e.g. documentation in the QM system; maintain and retain documents) ensuring QMS documents meet ISO9001 standards

• Provide support in the internal and external audit of quality management system and VDA 6.3 process audit;

• Follow up corrective actions of audit findings

• Support providing management review report of the Quality Engineering Management System

• Prepare PPCR / PDCA / Qualification weekly report

• Support new technology QMS technology updates and handle daily database issues

• Contribute to QMS continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• University Degree (min. Bachelor) in a technical field, or equivalent relevant experience

• Experience in related industry preferred

• Basic knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3)

• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Analytical skills with attention to details

• Excellent communication skills; ability to represent the company towards external organizations

• Fast learner

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment

• Fluent English knowledge

Our compensation packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 42.340,- Euro.
